WE'VE GOT YOU COVERED

Because we provide both medical and routine eye care, we accept a number of insurance plans to help cover the cost depending on your individual needs.

Vision Plans

Vision plans are not medical health insurance, they instead provide discounts on routine eye exams and eyeglasses. If your vision plan is not on the list of ones we participate with, you can still use benefits from the plan at our office. A member of our team will acquire an out of network form from your plan, help to fill it out, and mail it to the vision plan for you. The vision plan would then send you a check. Each plan reimburses differently, so please contact our office for more details.

Medical Health Insurance

Our practice has invested in the most sophisticated equipment to diagnose and treat eye diseases such as cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic eye changes, dry eye syndrome, eye allergies, and many more. When a patient is evaluated for an eye medical condition, we will bill their medical insurance for the examination and treatment. The patient is only responsible for copayments and deductibles. When booking your appointment, please let us know what your health insurance is, and we can determine your benefits before you arrive.
